Unidentified remains – Jane Doe, #1994
Details
On July 29, 1985 in Cleveland, Ohio, an unidentified black female between the ages of 23 and 35 was located in a parking area at the rear of a vacant building on Prospect Avenue. She had modest length curly black hair and was wrapped in a yellow quilted bed spread.
