On Monday, May 1, 2017, at approximately 9:37 a.m. CPD Officers and Medics were dispatched to 563 S. Hague Avenue Apt. H on a report of a strange smell, emanating from the indicated apartment. Officers arrived and found the victim deceased. The body was that of a male white subject; approximately 60 years of age and it was somewhat decomposed. Based upon the Coroner’s Ruling and our further assessment, this case will be classified as a Homicide. The victim was identified as 61yr old Mark S. Wolford. No additional information will be released at this point in the investigation.
