On August 20, 2017, William was found shot to death in a field in the 2400 Block of Northwest Blvd NW Warren, Ohio. An unidentified male made two 911 calls indicating that he witnessed the shooting. If anyone has any information on the shooting or on the 911 caller please contact the Warren Police Department.
