Details

On December 3, 2017, at approximately 2:39 a.m., Columbus Police Officers were called to the Photo Shop Lounge located at 1420 E. 5th Avenue on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim, later identified as 28yr old Dominic Davon Williams, inside the lounge suffering from a gunshot wound. Witnesses stated that a brief altercation occurred inside the lounge just before the shooting occurred. CFD Medic 8 responded to the scene and transported Mr. Williams to Grant Medical Center where he underwent emergency treatment, however at 7:44 a.m. Mr. Williams succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by attending physicians.
