On 08/31/2015 at approximately 11:25 PM, CPD Officers were called to the area of 1664 Barnett Road on the report of an injured male laying in the street. Upon arrival, the officers found a single victim, later identified as 19yr old Skyler Wagner, critically injured from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
