On 12/19/2019 at 9:42AM, patrol was called to the above address by a civilian that had stated that a vehicle had been parked on the street and hadn't moved in a long time. Upon arrival at scene, Patrol officers discovered 39yr old Ricardo Truss Vallejo in the vehicle. Columbus Division of Fire medics were called and the personnel of Engine #21 pronounced the victim dead at 9:52 a.m.
