On October 31, 2022, at 12:24pm, Patrol Officers responded to the 2500 Block of Howey Rd. on a body found in a vacant house. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, 36yr old Jessica Sykes, inside a vacant residence. The victim was pronounced deceased by Engine 16 at 12:33pm. Upon further investigation, it appeared as the victim was suffering from a gunshot wound.
