Details

On September 6, 2005, at approximately 7:45 in the morning, 10-year old Tony Swain and his 6-year old sister were walking to school. A driver of a speeding vehicle ignored a crossing guard and struck Tony as he pushed his sister to safety. The suspect continued eastbound and drove away without stopping. The vehicle is described as a red or maroon Mercury Cougar of Ford Thunderbird, possibly manufactured between 1989-1995.
