On August 6, 2022, at approximately 2:43pm, officers were dispatched to the 1400 Block of Parsons Ave on the report of shots fired. Officers arrived at scene and found evidence of a shooting but were unable to locate a victim. At 2:49pm, a vehicle arrived at Nationwide Children's Hospital and dropped off a victim, who was later tied to the shooting on Parsons Ave. The victim, 19yr old Antom Stargell, despite receiving lifesaving medical treatment, was pronounced deceased at 3:08pm.
