On December 3, 2004 at 5:47 PM, Fostoria Police Officers were dispatched to 312 E Fremont St. Apartment B for a deceased female in the residence. The victim, 43 year old Tina Snyder was pronounced deceased at the scene. Ms. Snyder's cause of death was strangulation.
