On September 11, 2016, at approximately 12:26 a.m., 25yr old Courdney Sims walked into the UDF store and while displaying a silver handgun, walked behind the counter and took cash from multiple registers before leaving the store southbound toward the alley. Once outside, Mr. Sims was shot by an unknown individual in the parking lot.
