On Thursday, September 3, 2020, at 8:23PM, Columbus Police Officers were called to the 4000 Block of E. Livingston Ave. on a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found 20yr old Exavier Shipley suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 23 responded to the scene and transported the victim to Mount Carmel East Hospital in critical condition. Mr Shipley died from his injuries on 09/04/2020.
