On May 12, 2022, at approximately 7:18pm, officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of W Cooke Rd on the report of an unresponsive male from a possible overdose. Officers arrived and requested Columbus Fire Department to respond. CFD Engine 19 arrived and pronounced the male, 53yr old Jack Shifman, deceased at 7:25pm.
