Details

On June 1, 2020, at approximately 7:32pm, Columbus Officers were dispatched to the area of Maryland Ave and Chancery Way on a shooting. Upon arrival officers located the victim, 27yr old KayKimia Ruffin, unresponsive and suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Ms. Ruffin was transported to a local area Hospital in critical condition, where she later succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at 7:55pm.
