Candace Rose's body was found in the bathroom of her apartment on 04/29/2004 at approximately 3:00pm by two of her friends. Mrs. Rose had been last seen alive by friends on 04/28/2004 at approximately 10:00pm in her apartment. Mrs. Rose had just recently relocated to Chillicothe, OH from the Mansfield, OH area. Investigators at the time of the incident had a suspect in the incident, but not enough evidence to prosecute.
