On Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at approximately 10:28 p.m., patrol officers were on routine patrol when they observed a vehicle parked in the rear of 1980 Belcher Drive. The officers stopped to investigate, and located an unresponsive male victim, later identified as 18yr old Roland A.V. Ridenour, inside the vehicle. Mr. Ridenour had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body.
