On March 30, 1997, 34yr old Timothy Richards was found shot to death and his body was hidden beneath debris near the 18th tee at Snyder Park Golf Course. Mr. Richards was last seen on November 25, 1996. He was known to frequent the “Lantern” bar on West Pleasant Street. Mr. Richards’ vehicle, a red 1994 Ford Aspire, was found abandoned in the Park’s center parking lot on November 30, 1996. Mr. Richards left behind a grief stricken family that continues to seek answers in his death.
