On Sunday, September 12, 2021, at 1:49PM, Columbus Police Officers were called to the alley west of the 2600 block of Beulah Rd. on a report of a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle. On arrival, officers found the decedent, 26yr old Kaine Ratcliff lying in the alley. CFD Medic 13 responded and pronounced the male deceased at 1:58PM.
