On July 15, 2018 at approximately 3:27 p.m., Patrol officers were dispatched to 86 S. Richardson Avenue on a report of a shooting. Upon the officers arrival they located the victim, 25yr old Timothy Ramsey. Mr. Ramsey was found inside the residence suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck. He was transported to a local area hospital in critical condition.
