Details

On November 12, 1980, at approximately 11:00am Lynn Vest, along with her nephew, Jeremy Pickens, left her house to run errands. When the pair did not arrive home later that day, Vest's family reported she and Pickens missing. Vest's car was found early the morning of November 13, 1980 and the pair were found deceased in the trunk of the car having been strangled.
