On Thursday, September 16, 2021, at approximately 5:42 p.m., Officers were dispatched to the are of 5500 Floral Circle South on a report of someone being shot. Officers arrived to the area of Norton Road and Floral Circle South where they discovered a male in the passenger seat of a silver Honda FIT suffering from a gunshot wound. Prairie Township Medics responded and transported the victim, 24yr old Bryce Persang to the area hospital where he was pronounced deceased of his injuries.
