At 12:53 AM on September 25, 2022, patrol officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1200 block of E. 18th Av. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim, 21yr old Gavin Osborne, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 1:02 AM by Columbus Fire medics.
