On April 25, 2017, at 12:02 a.m., District Five officers responded to a report of a person shot at 1191 W. Galbraith Rd. The victim was located and pronounced dead on the scene by Cincinnati Fire personnel. The victim has been identified as 24yr old Omar Muhammad.
