On 10/16/2018 at 1:10PM, during a check on the well-being, officers discovered 61yr old Curtis Moorer inside the apartment deceased and badly decomposed. The body was transported to the Franklin County Coroner's office and an autopsy was performed. The cause and manner of death are still being investigated.
