During the early morning hours of Sunday, October 31, 1982, 19yr old Timothy "TJ" Miller was struck and killed by a hit and run driver in the 700 block of North Limestone Street. Prior to his death, TJ had been at a party on Roseland Avenue West, and at the Union Station bar on East Main Street. TJ was seen in the downtown area at approximately 3:00 am. He was found lying in the roadway at 4:14 am. He was transported to Mercy Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 6:15 am. TJ’s family seeks closure to this tragedy.
