On Wednesday January 10, 2018 at approximately 6:20 p.m., the Columbus Division of Police received a call and were requested to respond to Sunbury Rd. and Willamont Ave. Initial information indicated that a person was shot. A male victim later identified as 29yr old Chasjuan Meeks was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition by CFD Medic 20. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced at 6:50 pm.
