Details

On November 4, 2021, at 8:59pm, Columbus Police Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Willamont Ave on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, 16yr old Rycheous McKinney in the rear of the location suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Despite receiving life-saving medical treatment, Mr. McKinney succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 9:32pm.
