On April 16, 2019, at 9:07PM, Patrol Officers responded to an unknown complaint with a male that was down and out at the corner of S 22nd Street and E Rich Street. Upon arrival, Officers found the victim, 54yr old Steven McClure who was assaulted by unknown suspects and left in the street. The victim was transported by CFD Medic #2 in critical condition. On April 22, 2019, at 3:07PM, Mr. McClure succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
