On October 5, 2013, at 9:00 p.m., Cincinnati Police officers responded to 1622 Waverly Avenue to investigate a body found in the road. Responding officers located a male victim with gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as 24yr old Anthony Matthews.
