On September 19, 2021, at approximately 11:04pm, officers were dispatched to the area of the 900 Block of E. Weber Rd. on the report of shots fired. Officers arrived at scene and located the victim #2 who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the face. Victim #2 directed the officers to the rear of the location where they located two additional victims who had been shot. Columbus Fire Medic #18 transported victim #2 to Riverside Hospital in stable condition. Columbus Fire Medic # 28 transported victim #3 to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Clinton Township Medic #61 pronounced victim #1, 51yr old Deshawn Lemon deceased at scene at 11:15pm.
