Unsolved homicide – Donald Kilby
Details
On March 15, 1994 around midnight, 39yr old Donald Kilby was gunned down at 1934 Superior Avenue. He was shot in the stomach area. Also shot was William Bailey, age 18, of Dayton. Bailey would later recover. Donald Kilby died at the scene. Mr. Kilby left behind three children.
