On Sunday July 9, 2017 at approximately 12:01 a.m. the Columbus Division of Police received multiple calls and were requested to respond to the area of 5433 Floral Circle South Apt. A-3 . The initial information indicated that two (2) persons were shot. A male victim later identified as 29yr old Justin Kendrix was transported to Doctors West Hospital and later transferred to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:25 a.m.
