On 01/04/1991 at approximately 0250hrs., officers were sent to the 2300 block of St. Johns Avenue in reference to a man down. Upon their arrival, they located the victim, Amos Johnson Jr., who had been severely beaten about the head and body. Mr. Johnson died from his injuries several days later. Assailants are unknown.
