On Thursday, July 25, 2013, at approximately 6:31 p.m., patrol officers responded to a shooting in the area of Cleveland Avenue and East 12th Avenue. The responding officers located the victim, 20yr old Marvin Johnson, east of 1146 East 12th Avenue. Mr. Johnson, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body.
