Details

On December 13, 2020, at 6:17pm, Patrol received a ShotSpotter notification in the area of 1851 Republic Ave. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, 28yr old Jasmine Johnson, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Ms. Johnson was transported to Riverside Hospital by Mifflin Township Medic #132 in life threatening condition. Ms. Johnson later succumbed to her injury and was pronounced at 6:45pm by attending medical personnel. Witnesses indicated that an unknown person drove by the Republic Ave location and fired off multiple rounds, striking the victim.
