On June 25, 2013 at approximately 9:00am, 34yr old Ramone Hayden was found shot to death in a blue Volkswagen SUV stopped in the street, in the 2200 block of Van Hart Street near Westwood Avenue. The suspect description is limited to black male wearing a red ball cap last seen running westbound from Van Hart Street.
