On January 8, 2019, at approximately 6:55 p.m., Columbus Police officers were called to the area of 1042 Lockbourne Road on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers found two individuals suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. C.F.D. Medic 815 arrived at the scene and transported one victim, later identified as 27yr old Mark Tashawn-Dominique Hardy, to Grant Medical Center with critical injuries that he ultimately would not survive and he was pronounced deceased at 7:34 p.m.
