On February 8, 2018 at approximately 1:54am, 22 year old Kyle Gutierrez was located laying in the middle of the southbound lane of North Main Street, in the area of 280 North Main Street, where he was determined to be deceased. It is believed Gutierrez was struck by a vehicle travelling southbound on North Main Street which then fled the area. During the course of the investigation, several individuals were interviewed and many leads were followed but no charges were ever filed for the death of Gutierrez.
