On December 5, 2017, at 10:27 p.m., District Three Officers responded to a report of shots fired inside an apartment in the 900 block of Chateau Avenue. Responding officers located a deceased victim inside the apartment building. The victim has been identified as 36yr old Charles Freeman Jr.
