On December 25, 2015, at approximately 3:40am, Columbus Police officers were dispatched to Innis Avenue on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, the officers located Johnathon Foster. Mr. Foster had been shot and was unresponsive. CFD Medics responded and Johnathon Foster was pronounced deceased at 3:50am. Witnesses stated they heard multiple gunshots and saw a tan Yukon leaving the area.
