On April 16, 2022, at approximately 2:08am, officers were dispatched to the area of Cleveland Ave and E Spring St on the report of a shooting. Officers arrived at scene and found the victim, 30yr old Tolen Flowers, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Columbus Fire Medic #1 arrived at scene and pronounced victim #1 deceased at 2:15am.
