The Cincinnati Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at 29 West Galbraith Road on Saturday, September 29, 2007, at 4:10 a.m. District Four police officers responded to that area, but were later redirected by Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies to the Speedway Service Station at Galbraith and Pippin Roads where two shooting victims were located. Colerain medical transported both shooting victims, to University Hospital where 26yr old Daniel Dudley succumbed to his injuries.
