Alissa Lynn Clere's body was found around 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. Her nude body was discovered by a quarry worker off Rowe Road in southern Franklin County, Ohio. Alissa had been beaten, stabbed and her body was set ablaze in a likely attempt to destroy evidence. Alissa Clere was last seen alive on Monday, April 16, 2007 in the area of Cleveland and Melrose Ave. in Columbus, Ohio. The events leading up to her death are sketchy, therefore, Investigators are attempting to locate anyone who had contact with Alissa before her death or who may have information regarding her murder.
