On May 5, 2022, at approximately 5:53 a.m., Patrol responded to a shooting in the 1800 block of Oakland Park Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered the victim, 64yr old William Caslin Sr., had been shot, sitting inside of a vehicle on the parking lot. Columbus Division of Fire medics pronounced the victim dead at 6:19 a.m.
