Details

On October 5, 2018, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Columbus Police officers were called to the area of 4175 Chesford Road on the report of a male lying in the street. Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive male, lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound. CFD Medic 24 responded to the scene and transported the victim, later identified as 17yr old Javon Tyrese Carson, to Riverside Methodist Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 2:07 a.m.
