On September 4, 2022, at 3:51pm, Columbus Patrol Officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 1900 Block of Tamarack Cir. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, 33yr old Adrian Marcus Carr, lying in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers took a person of interest into custody and then rendered aid to the victim. Despite receiving emergency care, the victim succumbed to his injuries, and he was pronounced deceased at 3:59pm at the scene.
