On Sunday, January 19, 1997 at approximately 7:00 P.M., East Cleveland Police Department responded to the residence of 28yr old Peter Bulgin at 2086 Alton Road. Decedent Bulgin was found in the basement area of the residence suffering from a single fatal gunshot wound and apparent victim of armed robbery.
