On June 5, 2014 at 3:38 p.m. Patrol officers were dispatched to the F/O 76 E. 3rd Ave. on a vehicle accident. Upon arrival the officers realized the victim, Tyrone Brandy M/B/29 years old, had been shot. Victim was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. Investigation indicates that the victim was shot inside of the vehicle just prior to the collision.
