Details

On 08/26/2008 at 0444 hours, several gunshots were heard. Andre Bowers was on the front porch of the downstairs apartment. Bowers then enters the duplex for safety and two more gunshots were heard while inside. The resident of the duplex shuts the door after the second round of gunshots and sees Bowers dead in her living room.
