On 12/20/1996 at 12:20, the Northwood Police Department responded to the Car Corral used car lot at 230 Earl St., Northwood, OH after being called by the owner stating that Michael Bollman, an employee of the Car Corral, was found shot to death inside the office. Officers responded and found Bollman on the floor having sustained numerous gunshot wounds from a small caliber weapon. There were no signs of life. Another employee of the dealership had last talked to Bollman on the phone at around 10:30.
